I would take her hunting by herself.

I WOULDN'T FOCUS SO MUCH ON A CAGED COON AS WHAT SHE DOES IN THE WOODS. CAGED COONS ARE AWESOME TO EXPOSE THEM TO THE SCENT OF ONE, AND SEE THEIR "FEAR FACTOR" AND SEE HOW THEY ARE GAME ORIENTED. AND WHEN U PULL IT UP SEE HOW THEY TREE.

BUT YOU ARENT GOING TO BE SHOWING HER A CAGED COON WHEN YOU TURN HER LOOSE TO GO HUNTING.

I HAVE SEEB DOGS SCARED TO DEATH OF A CAGED COON BUT ABSOLUTELY TREE EVERY COON THEY COME ACROSS. I HAVE ALSO SEEN DOGS THAT WERE THE DEVIL ON A CAGED COON THAT WOULDNT GET OUT FROM UNDER YOUR FEET.

NOW WHAT YOU CAN DO IS AT NIGHT LET HER BARK AT IT A FEW MINUTES THEN HAVE SOMEONE WET IT DOWN AND TAKE IT AND TURN IT LOOSE WHERE SHE CANT SEE IT. LET IT GO FOR A COUPLE MINUTES THEN TURN HER LOOSE ON THE TRACK. SEE WHAT SHE DOES. HAVE A DEPENDABLE BACK UP DOG TO TURN LOOSE ON IT IN CASE SHE DOESNT DO MUCH OR LOOSES THE TRACK.

IT WONT TAKE LONG SHE WILL FIGURE IT OUT.
