good day sir..

i lost my ukc permanet registration of my dog. but i do have a xerox copy of it. i want to pass my dog to my cousin. what should i do to transfer the ownership to my cousin.. and how much will it cost me.. thanks..

First you will need to fill out one of our Applications for Duplicate Registration. This form can be downloaded from our website, and the fee to replace your permanent papers is $20.00. You can then sign the new papers over to the new owner.
