MY GRANDSON BOUGHT A DOG COLLAR THEY CHARGED HIM $9.99 IWAS LOOKING AT THE MFG. TAG SAID $7.99 TOOK IT BACK IN THEY REFUNDED $2.00 no questions . he wanted me to see a lead so we went and looked at it . ilooked at the display of collars
all the rest had the$7.99 part of the tag torn off
