Started feeding it couple weeks ago and my dogs seem to like it. Just wondering if it is worth the price to feed it. Is there any other kind out there that better. I seen on a site that rated dog foods had pro plan at a 2 star. Seems like for it's price it should be better. What's your thoughts on this. Thanks.

i think that site is biased!!!! and not in a good way.

it boils down to what you can afford to feed that's good quality in today's economy. if it works for you and you need something cheaper, then do an ingredient and fat/protein % search to find something comparable but cheaper. and when you find it, let me know!


any ideas on putting weight on dog? I have been feeding pro plan and now back to purina one (cant afford pro). dog wont gain. started adding packs of wet food as well, he gets 3 scoops a day (6 cups) and no weight, he is 18m.

Give pro plan 2 more weeks and your dog will muscle, tone up and loose fat. You will be impressed...should be impressed
