How many bear hunters is there that hunt close to Flatwoods, WV area?

My places are getting leased up fast and I may be looking to more on from where I am now.

I like about 45 minutes from flatwoods and hunt up that way some.

You can't run bear in Braxton county wv I hunted elk river from one end to the outher

I have treed bear on my place before when out coon hunting, and seen several others. But I am pretty close to the interstate and it doesn't pay to turn loose on a bear on purpose because I don't want to lose a dog on the road.

Do you hunt anywhere from Burnsville to Flatwoods? I live in Burnsville, I usually bear hunt in Nicholas Co. but w/gas prices getting high I was looking somewhere closer to hunt.

I used to live in bergoo wv but moved to va last year

I got two rig dogs left and geting out to far to hunt from here real dogs had two more but got killed on elk river on Webster & Braxton line two years ago we killed 36 and let a bunch go
