Clubs that hold RQE qualifications?

Are there any special club qualifications for a RQE?
The one I was at saturday could not even hunt 14 cast without sending them for over a 2 hour drive to the woods I had to withdraw at the club because I can not drive 70 mph any more and did not want to be the one that cost the entire cast ,They made it back with just a few min to spare and said they had to run 90 mph.

The clubs should make sure an give plenty of time for driving. Sometims you got to drive that far if you wanna see coon, an be where you can win. Tell them you wanna guide, then you can go where ever you want.
