Gold is the most highly conductive metel there is... silver bein next in line then copper, all the contact points in Cadillac's are made of gold, like for the heater and ac unit.... Therefor gold gives you the best possible contact... Do i win a prize?

.

I don't believe gold is the most conductive metal. Secret to gold is it won't tarnish or corrode. Might be why some contacts are made from gold.

Silver would be the most conductive metal!!

Bruce has done his homework! You can't take what you read on a message board to the bank! It always pays to do your own research whether it be dog food, garmin or huntin!
