Has anyone bought a reconditioned shocker from them? What kind of shape are they usually in? Thinking about buying a tri tronics from them. Thanks Ryan

I have had them recondition a few of mine, they had good service and did a good job.

I bought a reconditioned system from them about 4 years ago.. It's still working.. Haven't had any issues with it.. Looked brand new when I bought it..

How do you get ahold of them? Ive got a system I was going to let them rebuild and i called them several several times, sent emails, etc. and have never got ahold of anyone and never heard nothing back from emails at all. I finally got tired of trying and gave up. Still got the system and would like to get it fixed. Any suggestions??

call their 800 # during their normal business hours. the longest responce time i have had with the phone is 15 sec.

excelent service and like to deal with them. been dealing with them for 15 to 20 yrs neaver a problem of any sort.

I live 30 minutes from Collar Clinic. I dont spend a dime of my hard earned money there. There prices are higher than giraffe pussy. Valley Creek gets all of my business.
