The Sampson County CHA would. like to thank everyone who came out yesterday and made our hunt a success. We had 8 dogs in the bench show and had 35 dogs in the hunt. I would also like to thank Mr. Frank Brown for serving as bench show judge and master of hounds, he did an outstanding job as usual With gas prices being as high as they are and this being a poor boy hunt, we are very pleased with the turnout we had. Our next hunt is April 1st and 2nd, I look forward to seeing you all there. Thanks again and God blesss.

Jeffrey I forgot to get some tickets.... I will get some whenever I see you again. Thanks for the update. I heard Big Ben looked good as well as another young dog on that cast. We had an enjoyable hunt we just coulndt get it done. Lack of dog power on my part I think.. Coon tracks were everywere!!

I talked to Chad and I was unaware of what was supposed to have happened at the last hunt we had. This was the first I had heard about it, we try our best to run a good club that is fair to everybody, I know stuff is going to still happen from time to time but if it does, follow the proper procedures and let UKC discipline the guilty partys. Thanks again to everyone who came out to our hunt and I hope to see you at our next one.

Chad, like I said I hadn't heard this before tonight, I guided a cast and we didn't get back in before the deadline. After I talked to you, I called the guy who was the hunt director that night and he said he didn't remember anyone calling in and I tried to call the uncle you referred to and couldn't get up with him but I promise I will call him tommorw. I also tried to call a cast member who was on the nephew's cast and couldn't get up with him but I will tomorrow. The people you are accusing have good reputations and I don't believe it happened but if it did they should be punished like anyone else. If you got your information from the person I think you did, didn't he just get off the barred list and didn't he come with you to a hunt at our club one night and go out a cast while he was barred? If that is who you got your information from, I wouldn't trust it too good but even though I don't believe it happened, I am going to check into it tomorrow and if your friends had a problem I wish they would have done something about it at the time of the hunt instead of you posting this on here 6 weeks later. Anyone who knows me know that honesty and fairness is what I stand for and if there was flat out cheating going on at our club I wouldn't be associated with it and I didn't appreciate the comment you made about me proably being the master of hounds that night, that sounded like you were accusing me of cheating also, I didn't like that all. I hate that this thread go turned into this, all I wanted to do was thank everyone for coming to our hunt, I had no idea someone would come on here and accuse us of cheating at a hunt, this is the first time this has happened and I hope it is the last.

i am a member of the sampson county coon hunters and know almost everyone involved here. I can assure you there was no cheating going on these guys have no reason to cheat to get a win and dont want them unless they get them fair and honest! For anyone questioning the integrity of Jeffery Robison just needs to ask some of the people who have drown out with him in cast before! I personly have drawn out on cast with him and he has made calls against hisself with out anyone else needing to suggest it! Jeffery is as honest and straight up a fellow as anyone i have ever met. This sport would be a whole lot better if EVERYONE were a little more like jeffery thanks!!! I have talked to a couple of people who were on the cast in question and they have no reason to lie and said that nothing of this sort happened!!

Chad, I don't know what you are talkiing about somebody finishing a dog for me. The only dog that I have finished lately, I finished at Shallotte not Clinton. The reason I knew who you talked to is after talking to you, I remembered who was with Jake that night. I don't know what I have ever done to you for you to come on here and accuse me of cheating like this, I have never drawn out with you but a few times and we always had a good hunt, but what ever I have ever done to you I am sorry. I love this sport and put alot of time into it but when things like this happen, it makes me wonder why I keep putting myself thru stuff like this. I am a Christian and a deacon in the church and there is no way I could go home at night and go to sleep night knowing I had taken part in cheating on a hunt for my dog or anybody else. I coon hunt for the fun of it and the good friends that I have met thru coon hunting. I considered you a friend of mine but after this I guess I was wrong.

Barry, I appreciate the vote of confidence. I try to treat everybody the same way I want to be treated. When I go on a cast I want the best dog to win and wouldn't cheat to win for my dog or anyone else. It hurts me to the bone for someone to accuse me of cheating but I guess if peopel talk about the good Lord, I guess I should know people are going to talk about me too.

Chad, you are right Ronald did finish Star to nite champion, but that is before I owned her. She was nite champion when I got her. If he cheated to win with her, I didn't have anything to do with it. And to let you know I have already to checked into this matter this morning and it didn't happen the way you were told. I have talked to people that were on both casts and the hunt director and everybody has the same story except your source and so as far as I am concerned it is a dead issue. I am sorry you could care less about losing friends because that is what is most important to me in this sport is the friends I make but I guess everyone is different.

Jeffery,why are you even bothering to reply to this guy?it's obivious he's a sore looser or just wanting to run you all down.
it might be the guys that are crying do have enough dog power to win a cast,or are better coon hunters on the pc than in the woods.it shows the motive that people have when they get on public forums to run upstanding guys like you all.it's not that they care about the out come of a hunt,it's to whine about some unknown injustice that they precive happened to them or a friend of theres.
I know Jeffery and know the kind of people he accoicates with.he wouldnt hang around cheaters and there club wouldnt put up with it.I have seen a couple of guys come up there to hunt that have been bared from UKC as they should have been.
so really who would belive here?a upstanding member of the coon hunting community or someone with a agenda?

Mr. Chad I don't know you but I know Jeffrey. If Jeffrey says something you can bank on it. I think if you were fortunate enough to have Jeffrey Robinson call you a friend of his then you need to feel privledged. If you have lost him as a friend then I feel very sorry for you. Jeffrey is as straight as they come and I don't appreciate you trying to mar his name or his club's name. If I were you I would apologize to everyone that is offended by this and let by-gones be by-gones and quit before you get in so deep that it is too late. Believe me, Jeffrey is hurt by your accusations and I'm sure if you apologized to him or helped him understand a possible misunderstanding then he will let this go. I guarantee you that anyone that knows Jeffrey will back me up on this. So please consideder what is happening here and try to make the best of this situation.
