--Anyone using TIMS Hunting lights with Tech 2 Led Head ??---

If you use one of these what do you think of them ?

Or, what do you think of any of their products ?.......I know they can be a little slow on their froglegs and such.........was just curious about the quality of their lights, esp. the Mini 21 with Tech 2 head...................Thanks..........Tim

Tim, do you still have that Light Connection LED head? Can you tell me about it? Is it bright as a G2/Brite Eyes?

Can the rheostat turn it up and down?

I know you said it had too tight a spot for you, is it tighter than the G2/Brite Eyes?

Thanks.

I sold the LED head and the 20 volt battery pack, the whole package.
Yes, the rheostat can turn it down low or up high, when its on either hi or lo side of switch.
I compared it to a G2 one night and the G2 was a little brighter, but dont think the Competition was any tighter...........Tim

I have been using the Tech2 head since they came out with it. Absolutely no problems or complaints it's a great light. Mine is setup on a 10 volt it's just as bright as the higher volts just less weight and run time, still plenty of burn time. I would highly recommend their lights.

I've used one all year and like it. Compared it to a 21 volt bulb light and it was brighter. Coon hunted the other night with a old friend that hadn't hunted for a while. He said man that thing is bright. Has a big spot but should only be on high for 15 min. Don't need it on bright that long anyway.

I tried to and got cheated and lied to for my troubles. Wouldn't let them pay me to use one. They suck. Stay away from them. Use something else.

Good

I've used one for over a year now. I got mine from Dutch Harvey. I love it. The only thing is when hunting in hard rain it will fog up. I just dry it out and it works great again.
