My mom was admitted yesterday to the ICU. She has a very bad bacterial infection of some kind and a very large kidney stone. Infection has caused her blood pressure to drop very low (80/35) and running a high fever at times. We are waiting on culture results to come back tomorrow morning so that doctors can target the known bacteria. After the bacterial infection is better they will remove the stone. Please keep her in your prayers. I have never seen her this ill. Thanks in advance! Jason Olinger

i just prayed for her and will until you tell us different. nothing is impossible with God. with his stripes we are healed. he is the God that heals all manner if sickness and diseases. it s not over until God says it our time and until them God will make a way where there is no way. Praise God for the provision of healing and miracles.

jason,i hope ur mom gets better really fast!!!ive had kidneystones since november and thats the worst pain ive ever felt.i have one lodged and another in my left kidney.i havent hunted enough this season to amount to nothin.i really hope she doesnt feel what i have!!

Thanks everyone for the prayers and kind words. They took mom out of ICU last night around midnight and then released her this afternoon. She's going to be in bed for a few days. In lots of pain, but they finally got the infection under control which is what definitely had us worried the most. She had surgery late Sunday night and they called in a team of doctors to perform the surgery because it was urgent and could not wait until morning. She is glad to be home. She will go back to the urologist on Tuesday to see where the stone is at, and possibly try and break it up. Once again, thanks all for the prayers and kind words! Prayer is VERY powerful! Jason
