I tried to call back but got no answer. Chesaning is going to keep there nite hunt entry fee at $15.00 in hopes to draw a couple of more dogs. Thanks, Angie

I am not sure if the guidelines and information for holding a TWBFA Sectional have ever been published for general knowledge or not, but figured that I would do it now.

The cost for a sectional is $75, which is to cover the 1/4 page ad that will be put in the cooner.

I need the info 90 days before the event day. This is so I can process it and get it to the magazine so it can be in the issue a month before the event.

There are 2 restrictions that are considered in scheduling.
1. We will only schedule 1 sectional to a state on a date.
2. We will not schedule any sectionals for the weekend of TWBFA Walker Days.

Once the sectional is held, the TWBFA charges $5 per dog for the nite hunt, and $3 per dog for the show.

King and Queen of show, and high scoring female and male of the hunt plaques are provided by the TWBFA

New for this past year is that every club that holds a sectional is put in a drawing. The winner of that drawing gets a new dog box to do with what they want.
