Training ?

I have a 6 year old black gyp that will hunt great byherself and run a track and sometimes beat them to tree but her probliom is she wont stay treed she got chew up and pushed up when she was younger and thats what her probliom is does anybody know how to fix this any ino would help

tie here near the tree or to the tree the coon is in and let her tree on it. keep doing this every time!

you talkin she does it when she is alone or with another dog or both..
how long ago did she get ate up. shes 6 now,how old when it happened.
would she stay good alone,and w/others before that happened.

she does it with another dog she will stay treed when its just her and she was probly about 3ish 4 maybe and she would stay with the other dogs and alone good before it happened

I agree with tying her up. Let her tree and keep her in there so she will relize that she isn't going to get ate up again. Definatly wouldn't take her with anything aggressive again. (not being a smart a im sure you already know that lol) Good luck and don't give up!
