What is the best way or method to get my dog to gain weight. He eats a ton but stays really skinny. Any info is appreciated!

Once you have eliminated any health issues that may be the cause, I would simply put the dog on the appropriate amouth of Diamoind Extreme Athlete or a comparable level dogfood, I cannot imagine a healthy dog being skinny on that stuff no mattere how hard it works.

I have a dog that stays thin no matter what or how much I feed him. He always has a lot of energy and was not sick or anything.

I took him to 2 different vets, no worms and was a heathy dog. They both told me that dogs are like people. Some are skinny and can eat and eat and just stay thin. Others can eat very little and will get fat. This made some sense to me, as I've always been skinny and can eat like a horse and never grain weight. Plus I know people that really have to watch what they eat or they'll pack on the pounds. I just feed my dog normals rations of Black Gold and he does fine, just alittle on the thin side.

Hope this helps, You might get your dog checked by a vet just to be safe.
