My female has a small wound on her paw looks like a wire must have stuck her is there any medication I can give her that might draw out anything that may be in there?

find somedrawing sauve that they sell for that i would spray her paw with bkuekote feed store or tractor supply sells it

I would do all of the above and hit her with a shot of penicillin just to ward off infection.
