My buddy put a trailcam on it 4 or 5 weeks ago and at that time we counted 10 different coons on it at one time. My ???? is is the cooncandy is as good as i hear everyone say it is or am i suppose to add something to it when i put it out.
This time of year coons have plenty to eat, persimmons, acorns, corn fields, crawfish, scupidiens, this maybe why your not getting coons on it. Bill is right the coon candy does work great, I myself see no reason why anyone would need to feed a coon this time of year, maybe in March, April, and May there is not as much for coons to eat, the candy seems to keep them in alittle closer. I did have some buckets out that time of year and in May Treeded 6 single off of 1 bucket. They do work great. But this time of year you should have no problem treeing coons without buckets.
