I have a heavy Tequila Sunrise bred female / COON DOG anywhere / Winner.

Coming in season and was curious what would be a good cross, She was only hunted in PKC hunts.

How close to tequila Sunrise ? daughter , granddaughter? anyway, the closer you could either get to Nite Heat or Lone Pine (both would be better) IMO .And as far as Sunrise goes, are you aiming for the way Sackett did it or the way Sackett Jr. did it and/or does it?

Of course, knowing absolutely nothing of Clean nor Insane, ( they both are likely the both I previously mentined) I might have different leanings if the Economy was better and I could count on people having money that would actually pay you. But now aint it. So now is a great time to just breed the genes you would want to mess around and hunt with. I, my self, in that condition, would give a plus for each year a stud has attracted attention. ie 12 months in a year and a dog gets faumus in a big hunt, that's a plus. But it is only one plus. Dog is talked about ( either by bought adds or buddies on the internet) thatt's a plus . Dog keeps on wiining and people keep on talking and owners keep on advertising and pups show prospectuses, that multitides of plusses. Then again, People that get to hunt with him start to shut up; that's a multitude of negatives.

There is a Coondog over your way that I sold to Mr Joe Manning. Dog is Nt ch Gr Ch Mas Serge. He is probably within about an hour or so of you. He is very accurate and has been able to tree coon anywhere i have taken him. Had some good scores over this way as well. 575+ 450+ and those are good scores cause we don't cheat and drop on feeders! If you are interested let me know and i will give him a call
