just asking

well any of you know lily the bear Lynn Rogers that runs the program is trying to make a law that makes is law you cant shoot a collard bear what do you think

here are my thoughts on the subject. This bear is probably used for some study on life span and habits, so if it gets caught and harvested it is actually depicted in real life terms in the study. A caught bear is a caught bear, just return the collar to the government agency and its all good. Also in NM it is preferred that bears have minimal contact with humans but continously catching and releasing a bear that is collared may reduce the natural fear of humans and may lead to more interactions with humans
