new puppy i have some ????

i have a new puppy that is six weeks old it is a female walker
out of hard knocking tom . i am very new to the sport of coon hunting have been to four or five hunts & really liked it . i took the puppy to get its shots & wormed the vet said this pup is in very good health. just need too know when too start doing the things that have to be done to get her started on the right foot . dont wont to do somthing dumb like try somthing to early
thanks for any info you can give a new comer

go to walmart or a big video store and get the combo dvd's of WHERE THE RED FERN GROWS and the red fern 2 and watch them . the first one i think is the best,i've watched it maybe 20 times and still see something different i missed the others times i watched it. just watch and learn , but don't go chopping any trees down unless the landowner says its ok .lol

i think anyone starting out with coonhounds should own this movie..

Buy Vickey Lambs Book it is by far the best thing out there for someone just starting out. It has all kind of info and you will love reading it. I have been coon hunting for about 3 or 4 years now so I also am very new.
