I sent in my puppy papers and got back my perm reg and pedigee documents from UKC but found that the name of my dog was wrong. It was supposed to be Hoffman's W VA Black Ice and the papers came back as Hoffman's W VA. What can I do to fix this ?

We apologize for the mistake. Please send the papers back to us, to the attention of our Corrections Department, with a note stating what is wrong, and what the name should have correctly been, and we'll correct it for you and send you a new set of papers, as well as a new Easy Entry card.
