I have two questions, i sent a cancellation paper in and i was going to see if my application was canceled and if i was going to receive a refund like the woman i talked to told me? Megan Mathis Hogansville Ga 30230 i think the litter control number was 81044? or something like that

Also the guy i bought my dog from has the litter papers but is taking forever to send them to me i have been contacting him but once again he began ignoring my calls is there anything i can do?

1. Your application has been cancelled. If payment was sent by check or money order, you will be recieving a refund.

2. You can file a signed, written complaint with us against the person who is not turning over the papers to you, or you can seek legal action against them to get them to turn the papers over to you.
