Walker, Born 8/20/10. And what do yall think of his ped??? The sire and Dam are used for Pleasure hunting and have never even been to a nite hunt but they are both hard huntin dogs. Should be fairly simple to title him with all this blood. At Least I hope so. Really though id like to hear the good and the bad about dogs in this ped.

I don't know a lot of the walker names, but have heard many good things about many dogs in the ped. I'd say it's a shame neither parent was put in the hunts...

According to the statistics in Coonhound Bloodlines he probably has about a 16 % chance, which is very high, of making a nite champion if he is hunted right. Why did you quit cross breeding curs? If I was getting back into Walkers he is exactly what I would try.

HAVE A LITTERMATE TO THE SIRE OF THIS PUP AND HE IS COLORED LIKE HIS MOTHER MOLLEY COAL BLACK. HE IS A HARD DRIVIN SON OF A GUN NO REVERSE YOU CUT HIM AND HE IS GONE STRIKES IN GOOD AND IS A TRACK STYLE OF HOUMD MAYBE A LITTLE TO MUCH TRACK BUT HE DONT TREE UNLESS ITS THERE. HUGE BAWL MOUTH AND I MEAN NICE ON THE GROUND LONG DYING LOCATE AND BAWL CHOP ON THE TREE. AND EXTREMLY INDEPENDENT ALMOST TO A FAULT.

Unless someone knows the parents or other relatives such as E. Indian no one can tell you want to expect from a puppy just by its pedigree. Nobody!

Your pup does look like it is well bred, and I wish you the best of luck with him.

Again just my opinion.... And by your user name I hope you understand. But I would take a cur any day over a hound. But then again that walker might make you happy. I've had'em didn't like em. I hunt mtn curs, none have papers.

Read on here what people say about how the grand parents hunt. You know how the parents hunt and what kind of mouth they have and that should give you a good guess as to what your dog will be hunted a lot by good hands.
I think the 16% thing is from the percent out of the book. So if you took 100 pups and sold them 16 of them would make titled dogs. You can up those odds A LOT by being one of the few that will go out and hunt it atleast 2-3 nights a weak YEAR AROUND. So it gets hunted and in all kinds of conditions.
