guides and gps

is a non hunting guide allowed to use a gps out of woods in a hunt?

Anyone can use a GPS in the woods, guide or handler as long as the GPS does not track a dog. If you have a GPS collar on your dog, then your GPS would be considered a tracker. If the GPS is just a regular GPS that can't track dogs then anyone can have it on and use it anytime just like a compass.
