Actually have two questions.
First can a spectator or anyone else accompaning the handler help shine the tree?
In this months Bloodlines it appears that in the Rules article that a newsletter has been mailed out to all active bench and Moh judges. If this is true being active in both catagories, I have not received one.Was all known active officials suppose get a news letter?

The answer to your first question is yes, there is no restriction as to who may help shine trees. Since dogs are not competing against one another, there is no unfair advantage if one dog has more people shining than another. Everyone shine...it's more fun.

The answer to your second question is that Plus Points (the name of the newsletter) hasn't been mailed yet. Our publications department is trying to get the design worked out. I've proofed two different versions this week. Yes, they probably think I'm being too picky about now. lol
