how do you set up to collect $ if it is not on ebay? I have only ever used it to pay for items... HELP!

log in to pay pal ,i think they have a question and answer section

i use it to buy computer parts,,havent sold anything yet.

i know they take a % when they pay you for something you sold on ebay i was told.

i use pay pal to buy and sell. there is a step by step guide to send invoices to people to pay you for goods sold. just long into pay pal and it will step you through it. and yes when you sell something pay-pal does get a % or fee
