Knob/button on sportdog transmitter

I took my 3200 out, and the first time out the intensity control button came off. I had a couple of other guys to tell me they had the same problem. I was wondering if anyone else had this to happen. It's a very good product, but I think there might be a problem with the knob/button being secure. I appreciate your input.

My Mom is on her 3rd sport dog and they are all the same. Everytime something goes wrong with them you have to send in the whole remote. It is a hassel when you need it everyday. Plus you have to pay $50 for the replacement at least thats what they told her. So much for the lifetime warrinty. I told her to stop wasting her money and buy a tri tron you get what you pay for!
