I bought a brand new unit, still packaged, and the first time I used it the small button that adjusts the intensity levels fell off. I called sportdog about a new knob, and they don't sell any parts.. not even the little button. I will have to send it back in, along with receipts and price, and they will send me a new one. The one I have is a new one, just need a small knob. Not sure how I feel about that. I don't understand why they couldn't send a small knob; even though it was the first time I used it, I will pay for the knob. Don't mean to sound like a cry-baby, I just hate to send a new unit back, that's never been used; only been out 1 time for one little knob. Oh well. They would make good politicans; to just send a knob would be toooooo easy; let's make it complicated.
