how young do you thing is to young to put a bark collar on a puppy.
and how old do most of you start keeping your puppies out side in the kennel

mine goes out side round 10 weeks or so maybe earlier. i wouldnt put a bark collar on, just spray em down with the water hose, but dont get their ears wet.
