Try here:
http://pet-supplies.shop.ebay.com/F...d=p3286.c0.m282

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_s...refix=frontline

Ticks have been out here since the first time it warmed up a bit in January.

If I could find a market for them I'd be rich!!!!!
Anyone in the mood for "gourmet chocolate covered woodticks"

Tony -- I've been disappointed in frontline lately. I'm heading to tractor supply this week to try cattle tags:
http://www.tractorsupply.com/livest...-20-box-2259914

Was a thread on here last year about them. Supposed to work great on fleas, ticks and flies.

BEST & least expensive tick control

I handle & train for a Veterinarian & can vouch for this as a tick preventative.
Go to the feedstore & buy a packet of Cattle ear tags. Cut 2 slits in the tag & slip it onto the dog's collar. They last for 3 OR MORE months.
Also, (Vet recommended) if you have ticks on your dog, go to an auto supply store, get B-12 Carburator spray cleaner, spray generously directly, close-up on the ticks - they will fall off DEAD within a day without leaving sores caused by forcible removal.

I am purchasing the cattle tags this week. Do they keep the ticks from riding on the dog's hair into the house? or just keep them from biting the dog?

I use the one t.darge has posted a link to Tractor Supply.

Here is how I do the tags:

I don't see any results of them helping for fleas so you want to use something for fleas, but it worked against the ticks and flies.

I tie them to my mule halters. Never find a tick on them when I do. Never thought about putting them on a dogs collar. I'm going to do that. Thanks for the info. They are a lot cheaper then frontline.
