A few old pictures

I had several old 35mm negatives that I never developed that my daughter took when she was in high school. They've been in my drawer for 12 or 13 years. She took these as part of a photography class project and had to do them in black and white. They just used the negs. thru a scope in class.
I got them developed yesterday. These pics brought back a lot of great memories and sadly, also a reminder of a tragic loss.
The pictures are of Gr Ch Johnson Branch Breeze. She was born in my kennel and was my pick from the start. She treed her first turned out coon at 5 1/2 months old and was treeing her own wild coon at 8 months consistantly. She made grand ch with ease and had 3 wins toward nt ch. I lost Breeze and my son's female, Echo, in a cave/sink hole here in Ky when she was 3 years old. I had just weaned her first litter of pups off her and it was her first night back to the woods. Breeze had a better known littermate, Sackett Jr's Son, but her other two littermates were coondogs also, Bob Miller's Mad River Rowdy and Greg Shope's Nt Ch Dusty.
I thought these were pretty good pictures.

Doug i got a camara that my Grandpa gave me that he got off a dead soldier in WWII, still has the film in it, wonder if the film is still good? Who knows what pictures it may have! Ask your daughter if she thinks its still good if you get a chance. Thanks

Cheyenne, That is pretty neat! I just got off the phone with my daughter. She said it depends one how the camera was stored over the years, cool and dry are good, heat and moisture not so good. No way to really tell unless you look at the film. The camera would need to be opened in a dark room so most photo shops and photographers would no longer be equipted to do it, they're all digital. She recommended a few things, first you might want to contact the camera manufacture, they might be able to do it. She also said you could contact the "Popular Photography and Images" magazine, she thinks they have a web site. They might develope and do an article on the pics. She also said to check local colleges and high schools, some still use dark room photography. If you need more info send me a pm and I'll send you her email address.
