You Just Might Want To Print This, File It Away And Pull It Out In A Year Or So.

YOU JUST MIGHT WANT TO PRINT THIS, FILE IT AWAY AND PULL IT OUT IN A YEAR OR SO.

Here is another warning from a very knowledgeable person from the Hollywood
sector that is not a preaching Democrat.
His words are spooky.

Grim predictions
The writer of this essay is Jerry Molen, an Academy Award
winning Hollywood Producer, who produced Jurassic Park ,
Hook, Rain Man and many more classy movies, and who won the
Academy Award for Schindler's List. Jerry is one of the
very few conservatives in Hollywood - but wants to include
Democrats. He says:

We are about to make the Mother-of-All-Mistakes, because
the Republican Party gave us no reliable alternative. If
the conservative movement does not rally behind the only
alternative left to us, this country will become a true
Socialist State within the next two Presidential terms.

Ladies and Gentleman, this is the most grave situation this
nation has faced in my lifetime. We just experienced an
overhyped, outrageous primary election season that has left
me wondering where the heads of our citizens are hiding -
must be someplace where the sun doesn't go very often.
At one time in my life I was a determined, dedicated and
ever-loyal registered Democrat. Then something happened -
Lyndon Baines Johnson - that turned my life around and gave
me pause for the veracity of a party that lives and feeds
off of the most unfortunate among us. Some of them are in
their positions in life by their own choosing, others by
outside circumstance. But always, always there was a door
open to them, to reach for new heights, achieve new goals,
change their lives for the better. Similarly, there have
always been the bottom feeders, doing what they could to
take advantage of those who had not or have not seen better
days, nor realized that they in fact were the masters of
their own destiny - these unfortunates had come to believe
that they were dependent on people in Washington, who would
look out for and take care of them. They waited and still
wait for all those promised freebies.

Most people don't reflect upon the fact that the
Democrats ruled Washington for over 40 years; it wasn't
until 1994 when the so-called Gingrich Revolution changed -
but only for a while. These same people do not realize that
it was the Democrats who created the failed policies of the
entitlement programs that are now falling apart before our eyes.

Do not think I find the Republicans blameless in all this.
They, too, suffer from the ego and greed built into our
system. But in the past few months I have listened with
growing horror to the railings of the left, calling for yet
more giveaways, more promises of a proverbial 'free
lunch.' What sums up my feelings, why I am appalled by
those in political power is contained within a quote by
basketball legend and talk show host Charles Barkley:
"Poor people have been voting for Democrats for the
last fifty years....and they are still poor."

Now, with our elections, come yet more new promises of
"change:" "change we can believe in,"
"hope for the future". But if you really, I mean
REALLY listen to what the new messiah is asking for, it is
not 'change of policy' or 'change for the
better' - this is a warning that he wants our change.
And the change you will get will not be the change you
expected or wanted.

I leave you my predictions of what will happen if the
junior Senator from Illinois becomes President - especially
If the House and Senate are veto-proof Democrat:

1). Strict gun laws, though he promised he would not.

2). "In God We Trust" will be removed from all currency.

3). He will renege on his pledge to Israel and leave them to the wolves of Islam.

4) Hillary Clinton will be named to the Supreme Court.

5). Tax rates will surge to the highest levels in 30 years.

6). Capital gains tax will be at least double current levels.

7). Retired Army General Wesley Clark will be named Secretary of Defense.

8). Your borders will be open to all comers - especially from the Middle East and South America .

9). Amnesty will be granted to all illegals in the U.S, regardless of status or even gang membership (think MS-13).

10). Our presence in Iraq will come to an abrupt end - with tragic results though their citizens and devastating
consequences to our military.

My predictions will not sit well with some people - the best we could hope for is that I am wrong.

Any bets?

I hope and pray that you are wrong, but I'm afraid that you are correct. I see nothing to make me believe that you are wrong.

This is the kind of JUNK that has kept ole "W" in the whitehouse the last 8 years. Scare tactics and BS. The republicans knew in 2000 and 2004 that Bush was not qualified. So there only option was to try and cause panic. They did. It worked. But NO MORE. This country has spoken and we aren't buying that garbage anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is what it is you want to knock one for it when a bunch of others do it?

All ive heard is a bunch talking how people just voted for handouts.

Seems you have your facts wrong see my wife works for the GOV and its not about the handout its about something other than what we have had for the last 8 years. You can put the blame where it belongs for once. Now..with that said...John McCain isnt a bad guy by any means I somewhat liked some of his ideas. Would have possibly voted for him had he took more time explaining what he was going to do for america instead of running someone else into the ground...as many on this board have attempted to do.

Now...with that said..he is your president elect...and I and the majority of americans think he is the best choice we had. That is all that needs to be said about this..the people have spoken.

I tried to tell everyone I could, but then, why couldn't they see it for themselves. The change you're going to get, isn't the change you want. I'm afraid the "immediate gratification" crowd is becoming the majority? And to them, socialism looks pretty good. George W wasn't qualified!?, look who you voted in! That alone shows the ignorance we're dealing with!

Simply stating facts. The largest first time voter turn out. Why? The most common response.....I want to be able to say I helped vote in the first African-American president. The second most......We never had a black man run for president. The point I am trying to make......take away all first time voters, some of these people were not young and had never voted before in their lives. Most didn't even know how to fill out the ballot. They had to be "guided" in how to do so. I think the race would have been alot closer than it was. I have voted every election since I turned 18. I think if you don't vote for more than two elections, you should have to take a test on the people running for office and national policy. Now most of the ones who voted for him are wanting him out because..........they still don't have a job, their husbands, wifes, sons, and daughters are still over seas, and where is he? He pops up every once in a while like a ground hog. The press takes a few pictures and poof he is gone again. Possibly the most influencial man in the world and you never see him or hear from him until something big happens. Atleast Bush would stand up and say, hey America, I am trying to fix this, it will take time, please be patient. Americans went "HOORAY". A week later they were complaining.

new poll released this week said 36% of all people in u.s. polled found socialism a positive thing. of that 36%, 53% WHERE DEMOCRATS.

when ANYONE starts using the phrase "FUNDAMENTALLY change" while throwing in marxist/collectivist phraseology, then that means changing the entire form at the base, which in this country(the USA) is a constitution of negative liberties. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_liberties
anything other then that results in THEFT and RECEIVERSHIP/ DEPENDENCY.

fact- thanks to the democrats, about 50% of ALL CITIZENS pay NO INCOME TAX AT ALL, and of that 50% many are net receivers which offsets any other taxes they MIGHT have paid throughout the year.

they have "vested" a voting block to the advancement of collectivism.

some already are living marx's communist dream. and some are footing the bill.

i said it before, i'll say it again, these folks are central planning, central committee, politburo style five year plan communists.

some of us know, some of us have learned(many painfully), and some of are still learning. ALL will know in the end.

We need a change and need a hard a old school in there that will kick out anyone that is a threat to the country limit immigration from all countries and allow no immigrants from terror nations. NAFTA is what has really hurt american factories because they can close down and send work to mexico and pay them a tenth of what they would pay here and then they can import it back to us and sell it to us at a high rate if this was canceled more jobs would come back to america.

Speaking about NAFTA, I belong to UAW LOCAL 933, our union begged the then Democrat Rep of Indianapolis Julia Carson not to vote for Nafta when it was voted in. Let me tell you what happend, Bill Clinton flew our Union Devoted Julia Carson to Washington state where they was having the Nafta meeting, wined and dined her and she voted for Nafta, it was the democrats that voted NAFTA in, they could have stopped it. This is when I realized that the Democrats are not for the working man, because as long as they keep the working man poor and manipulate them into believing that the Democraps are for the working man they will continue to vote for them. This country was not founded on what it has become and it is shameful!!

I would rather be a socialist sociaty than a capitalest one like we are not. Right now the CEO's of these large corporations run our country threw buying lobbiest's and simpley controling all the money of this country.
Atleast in a socialist country the people's vote still counts. They allso have afordable health care.
If a main provider in the family get sick enough to be out of work for 6 months. They will loose there insurance and land up on welfare.
SO I will take anything that gets big money out of control. Worried about socialist..................HESK I am worried about communist. It is just one step from capitalist.

Sorry Okie, those folks in socalist countries have NO say so. They don't have a vote. It's socalism. The gubment does all their thinking for them.

As for them having affordable healthcare, yep if you consider "sir you have renal failure. You are going to die in a week, it costs too much money to keep you alive. Tell your family goodbye" as affordable healthcare then it's for you. That's actually what happens.

Of course they also have to reuse suture from one patient to another instead of using clean needles etc.

You can keep your "affordable helathcare" in thos socalist countries.

You need to learn the differance in your isum words and talk to or visit some of those countries instead of what your health care that is getting filthy rich off you tells you. I take to people that have lived in differant countries includeing military people all the time. There is a lot of countries that have as good or better health care than we do.

Okiedog, I personally know physicians from those other countries.

THEY HAVE TO REUSE SUTURE, yes you saw that right. They hang it up and let it dry and use what's left over on the next patient. If they have an autoclave they run it through there to steralize it, but that can degrade the suture.

You are just flat out denied care in those countries. Dialysis is just not allowed in anyone over a certian age, PERIOD. It's deemed too expensive.

It's not patient dependant, for example if a very helathy 70 year old needs a surgery they are not allowed to go around the rules that were made for non healthy 70 year olds and fix them. They just tell them they are too old for surgery and they are gonna die. End of story, they don't have a choice. They die of something that they would be fine with getting fixed in the US.

They don't have enough equipment to treat the people they have because it's "too expensive" so people die of metastatic cancer before they can get treated etc.

I know what socialism is supposed to be, but I also know what it actually is in many of those countries. I know people that practiced medicine there. I know people that go to those countries on mission trips and I help them gather supplies etc.

Nobody is going to Cuba to get their medical care, despite the BS lies that they tried to show in their fantasy movie on healthcare. Why? Because they don't want to have suture used on another patient used in them and risk hepatitis, HIV, and infection being tranmitted to them.

Absolutely positively no country has as good of health care as the US if you use OUTCOMES as the measure. If you use access to the witchdoctor as a measure then yes they have more "access" than we do. But pure outcomes then the US wins hands down.

Didn't waste my time reading all that crap. When I got to all those countries I knew you were close minded and talking about a few you know about. I know some suck but I know some are great too. I know America has came up with a great health care plan allready and know they can do it again. The first one was medicar or SS.

Okie, you just happen to be talking about my area of experience.

Just like if I were to try and tell you about man tracking dogs.

I know healthcare, inside and out. You are the one that is closed minded because you see healthcare through jaded political eyes fathfully believing what the DNC/MSM tells you.

I know what is propaganda, and what is truth.

Even in England you can't get dialysis if you are over a certian age. They just say "too bad for you, you are gonna die".

Same thing for surgery etc.

Medicare is just plain awful. It's not a good healthcare plan and the providers that take it do so out of the kindness of their heart because it doesn't pay market value. It also limits patients choice in certian areas and actually increases costs in others because they have beuracrats making the rules. To top it of, it's not a "gubment healthcare" as it is run by private entities. It's not the greatest, you are better off with private insurance than Medicare, but it's not as bad as in the socalized countries where they just say "piss off you are gonna die".

It will become so if it turns into a gubment healthcare plan. That's how the gubment saves money, they don't "prolong life" in older people, and if you move slow enough some of the more expensive patients die off. That's the model used in those socalized countries.

To be fair, the folks in England are proud to wait their turn in line for 2 years to get a knee replacement. They see it as their civic duty to the country to save the country money in healthcare. They will tell their family "I'm going to die because I need dialysis". But that's what happens.

There is a reason you have to search for outcomes as opposed to "access" in the literature. It's because the US has the best outcomes. We have better breast cancer survival, better lung cancer survival, better outcomes with surgeries (you have to adjust the risk because those other countries won't operate on someone that is 70) etc etc etc etc.

Not meanin to offend you, I just happen to know alot about healthcare.

You might know about the inside witch it sounds like. Market value depends on what market. Denied health care. Need something expensive and don't have health care. We get sent home to die here now. I had a guy on medicar that couldn't get his scrips. becouse they had payed all they would till the end of the year. That is a joke but you at the hospital don't see them or in the pharmacy becouse they send them out a letter saying they can't get them so they don't even show up.
They are getting them off the UPS truck now. How long before they start getting robed. I say get the unfare proffets out of it. That is what they hollerd about the cars. Moved the jobs over seas and the cars are still to high. I am sure it isn't the wages that is the big cost. It is unfare markup on prices all together or you couldn't get meds across the boarder so cheep.
