O.K. dogs are running in Tules and dogs are struck in then called treed. There is no place to tie dogs back then dogs are handled, coon is seen in a hole. Now while dogs are being handled and coon tries to make a get away and is caught by dogs while on leash how in the world would you score this? Strike and Tree or Strike only? Thanks

plus strike and tree because dogs were handled, now if you hadn't got them on leash and he came out then strike plussed only.
