I was speaking to a man on the phone last night about my videos and he pointed me to this thread on the UKC Board. I must admit it was kinda strange to see some of my footage in a video that was put together on what appears to be a anti-hunting website. Much of that footage was taken off two of my hound hunting DVDs and used without permission, and now I wonder if copyright warnings mean anything. But I guess that is for legal minds to sort out and we'll await their input.......

so i take it your gonna try a legal fight??
good luck with that,and i mean that ,but the HSUS has more money than the average houndsman and they will just drag it out untill you cant afford to fight no more.i applaud your effort,but without help i dont think you can win a legal battle with them.
if you look long enough on their web site you can find a video on yote hunting they used to try and get n.c fox pens shut down.the fella they stole the footage from for that didnt fair too well either.

Good luck Ike i think you got a case know need to find a copyright loyer that wants a peice off that 250000$ . on 60 min a couple months back was about copy cats going into a theter and tapeing the big screen i know it is difrent with you but copy rite is a copy rite and the laws are the same might get you some ideas.

I almost hit the floor laughing when i read this.... seriously.. and the dogs they show at the pound or neglected or whatever arent even hounds from what i could tell.. i would sue there pants off they would us!!

Good luck Ike... they picked the WRONG video to copy I'd say! DUH..... what a bunch of morons they are... truly...

As for the pack of 40 hounds... I can't imagine seeing that many hounds together...of the quality you all need to hunt big game... the amount of MONEY the pack would be worth is quite a thought. We are used to LARGE packs of hounds around here since the local foxhunting club chases the foxes and yotes right across the street... FORTHY of their nice ticked up foxhounds would be interesting....LOL... They don't even have 40 horses at a time out there....

Good luck, I hope you can go after them. HSUS is a pain in all hound hunters sides. I hope you keep telling everyone what they have done.

Dont worry about the money I truly think every hound hunter in the U.S.A. will donate to the cause, because its their figth too!! come on everybody tell him you are willing too help out all you can. dont let people discourge you this is every ones war. If you love your hounds fight them! I going to go around and tell every one i meet just what kind of slimballs hsus really is!
