no, i am thinking some cat or bear hunter's out west that want to hunt but have filled their tag's and want to get more hunting on their hound's.
i am not expecting to go for free, willing to pay but not really wanting a outfitter just regular hunter's.

out of state huntters can hunt bear in pa so wat would be illeagal about that i get invits all the time to hunt bear in pa with freands that come here to deer and turkey hunt havent went yet thoe i got pa huntters that have hunted here with me for 18 pluss years

Mr. Boggs - If you would take the time to read the post , he is talking about hunting with hounds. Which , the last I knew , is not legal in PA.

any person in new mexico who takes a person hunting for any type of compensation must be an outfitter or land owner (and if a land owner must only hunt on thier property), otherwise they are subject to fines, time and so on.

i guess the person is being compensated for picking him up at the airport then...lol
the hunting is just a couple friends out for the day....
