Tonights Hunt

The wife and I hunted tonight left just a little after 7:00 PM, about and inch and half of fresh powder snow on hthe ground and still coming. when we loaded or bluetick on the 4 wheeler and went to the top of the hill, and cut him loose!! We hunted about an hour and a half, he never barked a bit, as I figured, with the weather and all. But we had a good time trying out our new Garmin, only tracks were ours, his and the deer!! LOL We just got back in and there is about 4 inches total righht now and still coming, and by the way love the Garmin, thanks HONEY!!!!!!!!!

It could have been worse. Enjoy the time with the dogs and the family.

We went out tonight about 8 pm. 20 to 30 mph winds. after the dogs checked in twice we got them of a tree (had the meat) up through the valley. Decided against our better judgement to cut loose one more time and got them an hour later on the other side of the hollow out of hearing. treed again with the meat. Not a bad night for a bright windy hunt. Its supposed to get windy as all get out here the next few days. Your hunt sounded like a decent one. Good ole quality time never hurts .......
