I dont comp. hunt, and have curs that aren't registered. I know most curs around here go for about 100.00 unregistered so could I get anymore out of pups with no back ground info on papers.

I know alot of puppy sales are based on who knows you. I don't know how much more successfull I would be with registering the dog first. Anyone had experience registering a new dog.

mtn cur papers do seem to help in that department. Most OMC pups are going for about $300

People will tend to put more time in on a register pup than one that is not.That is if you are wanting people to try your bloodline of dogs.

registrations give people confidence in the dog. if the dog is registered people are more willing to give it a second chance. let's say that you have a young dog that isn't doing as you want. maybe you've run out of time, maybe you have to start school. if it's registered, you can probably sale it for more and be more likely to sale it to someone who believes in the dog and will give it another chance. if it's not registered and you no longer want it you may be hard pressed to find anyone to take the dog. you might have to cull it.

everyone says papers never did tree anything, but first question
asked about a dog for sale is, IS that dog registered

so true mr. robinson,had one that was registered and 2 years old and hunted him alot never treed.gave him away.
