I would get your female and the puppies to your vet right away for an exam. If the last puppy was retained for five days, there could be problems and, if you get it taken care of now, it might be better off for you, the momma dog and for the puppies. To be on the safe side, your vet may start your female on some antibiotics to try to prevent any uterine infection. He/she may also give her some oxytocin to help her uterus clamp down and contract to further prevent any infection.
