Not making excuses but Sam was in charge of the auction and he had shoulder surgery prior to the event and I know he has not yet returned to work. I am sure there is a good reason he has not taken care of this yet. I will however check with him to see if I can assist in getting these in the mail. Not familiar with what he promised but will see if I can help.

Just please don't jump on here and start a fire just yet. He probably has a very good reason. I will call him tomorrow and update everyone.

Just about three month's has went by, and the owners have not receieved their certificate's. Tim Osborne and Mark Miller.

Edward - I did offer to help Sam just as I promised and he assured me he had it under control. I offered to help and he declined my help. I have already deleted the PM's or I would post it and show you!

My offer to help was out of kindness - not out of obligation. The Ga State Youth hunt is not put on by the federation. Once Sam declined my help I was out of it. I am sorry he has not done what he promised but it is beyond my control.

He is a grown man and we live 2 1/2 hours apart. If he declines my help I can not go to him and hold a gun to his head and make him take it - nor can I make him mail out the certificates.

Please do not attempt to drag me down because he hasn't help up to his word. I offered to help - he did not want my help and assured me it was taken care of. There is nothing else I can do.

His phone # is 678-972-9034. Call him and take it up with him! I wish I could do more.

I WASN'T AWARE THE CERTIFICATES HAS STILL NOT BEEN MAILED TO EVERY ONE.

THE ROBERTA CLUB (FLINT RIVER COONHUNTERS ASSOC.) PUT THE HUNT AND AUCTION ON, NOT THE GEORGIA FEDERATION OF COONHUNTERS.

I WILL CONTANCT SAM TODAY AND HAVE A ANSWER FOR YOU AS TO WHY YOU OR ANYONE ELSE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEIR CERTIFICATES.

I DO KNOW HE HAS BEEN OUT WITH SURGERY AND REHAB AND HAS NOT RETURNED TO WORK AS OF YET.

AS PRESIDENT OF THE ROBERTA CLUB I WILL TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR THE DELAY AND WORK TOWARDS IN GETTING THEM OUT.
