anything that will knock kennel cough out?

kennel cough

Treat it just like you would in your kids. It's important to prevent coughing because that just irritates the throat & respiratory system. Give generous doses of cough syrup - use a syringe (without the needle) and put it in the side of the mouth so it'll trickle down the dog's throat. Vicks formula 44 or any of the good ones that stop coughing & soothe will work. You might have to give it every 4 or 5 hrs. the first day. Make sure the dog is eating & drinking & hasn't picked up a secondary problem.

once you get rid of it you can order med. for kennel cough that you give it to them once a year and just squire it in there nose and i have had dogs around with kennel cough and my dog dont get it any more
