We turned out in a woods that I know is just full of coon. We made trees but saw no coon. I am making no excuses, but it sure wasn't a good night for my dog.

Down here in Oklahoma I took a coondog and treed 6 coons. two doubles and two singles and was back home before 9pm. Could have just been lucky that night?

The barometer had been dropping the last three nites here. Friday nite it was steady and what a difference. 5 drops, seen 3 coon and two dens. The dens were right off the bat. I'm betting the barometer was good and steady in Oklahoma...
