Om mine the arrow points the Wrong way some and jumps all over. Anyone else's do this? All I heard were good things about them, Mines not that great.

take it back ,mine has always been right on,if you are walking it may jump around ,but hold it level and should adjust point u in the right direction ,if it dont take it back I love mine

mine does that also, but it always gets me back. Dosen't point the wrong way though jumps a little. Try taking batteries out.

If you are turning it on, getting your point back and then dropping it to hang around your neck it will do that. Best way to use it is get your point back to the truck or starting point and turn it off. Turn it on occassionally to make sure you are on course. If you hold it level and walk with it it should stay true. I found out if I get a point back to the truck and drop it around my neck it isn't always true when I pulled it back up. I had to shut it off and turn it back on to refix the satelites.

But I suggest changing the batteries every two weeks of use,they dont last long.

Chiggers, I had one do the same thing after I'd had it for about 6 months. It would point in three different directions & none of them the right one. When I got back to the truck I threw it as far as I could. 6 months later I was in area I had thrown it away & wondered if I could find it and after looking around I saw it laying face down so I picked it up and seen if it would come on. It not only come on but pointed right where I had set it last. It's been working fine ever since. TRUE STORY!

mine will occassionally show backwards , but if you are moving it seems to be more accurate than standing still to me, also it may show you going wrong by arrow, but countdown distance to destination has never been wrong on mine it may say I'm going backwards for a minute but if its going 400 to 398 to 396 to 394 etc etc etc I'm always going right

Well Todd you may be right but what I thought was amazing was that after laying on the ground that long & being rained on numerous times it still worked. I had already bought another one because when they work they are great. I did take the batteries out & replaced them and dried out the moisture in it but it's working good. Chiggers, I don't know if I'd recommend this procedure but it worked for me.
