Could someone please tell me why they start season at noon.It says the 8Th i thought midnight wood be good time to start,not noon,aren't we hunting nocturnal animals here,just curious lol.

Because if they just said the 8th then people would be out tonight at midnight. If they put noon then they know you will start tomorrow night like they want you to.
