what if you bought a dog and the papers had been filled out and signed, and you don't know the people who has signed them. how would you be able to register your dog.

Yes. You would need to complete an Affidavit. You can download the Affidavit from our website or we can mail it to you. You'll fill out the Affidavit and send it in to us along with the papers you have now.
