I have a dog to register her DOB is 5-10-2006 on her pup papers it says over 3 yrs fee is $76.

I also have another pup to register and on his pup papers it says dogs over 1yr $36 his DOB is 5-03-09 I know he's fee is $16.

But what about the 3yr female I'm confused about the 2 different fee's on seperate papers.

The current fee to permanently register a dog that is over a year of age is $36.00, regardless of how far over a year of age the dog is. You can send in the application with the current fee and you'll be fine.
