 most annoying things about buying a hound

why is it that prople will avertise pups, posting their pedigree and when you call to find out about buying one you find out the pups are 13 weeks old and they havent even sent in for the pup papers yet?

They might be to busy hunting?

I was stupid enough to buy a pup before they had the papers ready and guess what? Never ended up getting them.
