I feel for him or her, but thank God it was just a snake and not an alligator. I hunt where there is lots and lots of sanakes and alligators but at least here are no Mack Trucks and 60MPH cars. I always kick my ass when I'm dumb enough to turn out where they can get runned over. But a snake or Gator, well that's just the way it is.
By the way, I hope the second one was was the best one ' cause it won't die. Might get fluffy, but won't die. (just cuttin fool Ya'll, a little bit) but who was dat what was offered $100,000.00 for a dog to turn out and didn't take it?
I treed a coon in a hollow one night and said, Lets give him some smoke. My very good friend found some black spanish moss and some SC State tree fronds and got to work. I had no clue that the boy was a pyromaniac. But,he kept feeding th lame. He got that thing to pant'n and huffin, when it caught up to a wharf rat nest, then it was sho'nuff on. Me and my buddy and him and the girl with us all stood in amaizement as the tree took on a life of it's on, blowin sparks and suckin wind from the bottom hollow , soundin like a tornado. We retreated a half mile down the river where we could watch and possibly claim innocense. Heck, we ain't never been innocent of nothin. So, the view was not like a cross burning, even though that tree looked like it had oxy-acetolen tourch hook up to im. When the tree feel, it feel on my two best dogs and killed em dead.
I felt real bad about that. But they didn't get runned over by a truck.
