Last Nights Hunt
My sister called yesterday and asked if I could watch Wyatt and Cody for a couple hours yesterday...(STUPID question)So I met them and picked up the boys for the Afternoon. 2Mules called and asked if I was going to hunt last night, I told him if they picked the boys up in time I was. Sister show's up around 7:30 to pick the boys up and at 7:32 I'm trying to run her off.
I load the hounds and head over to 2Mules for a short hunt. We cut Randy and Pride loose. Randy opened first and after a few barks comes treed. Pride strikes and goes the other way. We head to Randy's tree as Pride gets deeper. One of us saw Randy's coon but it takes a majority to plus a tree so Randy's tree is circled. I'm not gonna say who saw the coon though. Walking back to the gator I hear Pride come treed. Check the garmin and it says he's 400 yards away. 2Mules gets me within 80 yards of the tree but then he decides to stay at the gator with Randy.. HMMMMMMMMM I look and look and look but can't get it to look back. Not tooooooooooooooo bad of a hunt two trees two circles.
