OK. Once we open the envelope and we see that you paid for RUSH service, we'll process your papers and get them in the mail right away for you. Please feel free to go ahead and check with me on Friday, and I'll see what I can find for you.
We're showing that we received the papers this past Monday, the 27th. They have not been processed as of yet, but we do expect them to be completed any time now. Please check back with me the beginning of next week and I can verify that they have been completed and sent back to you.
We could not process the paperwork because the date you purchased the dog was left blank and we must have that information. We sent you a letter last Friday, which you should be receiving any day now. Just put the purchase date on that letter and have the prior owner(s) sign that letter, then you can mail or fax that letter back to us and then we'll be able to process the papers. Our fax number will be located at the bottom of the letter.
