OK messed up situation hope u can helpme out!! I bought this female walker from a guy he never registered the dog in his name.Well i get the papers from him and it is a dual or tri owned dog . Has 2 names on the back .One was the same as the front the other is the owner of the sire or semen at time of breeding .I just now noticed this and ive got her breed so i need to get this straightend out

If the back of the Registration Certificate has been filled out already, you'll need to complete an Affidavit form. You will send the Affidavit form in to us along with the papers you have now. You can download the Affidavit from our website, or you can send me a P.M. with your name & address and I can send you one. If you send me a P.M. please be sure to mention that you want me to send you an Affidavit.
