i have a shocking collor its about two yrs. old and one of the prongs brock off and i cant charge it dose anyone know where i can send in to get it fixed and how much it will cost i live in ohio thanks everyone

It does not matter where you bought it they will help you out.very good people to do bussiness with.if you bought it used they will replace it for $55
